Almost 1400 Solar Citizens made a submission to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) in support of its proposal to more than double the solar feed-in tariff in NSW. Now it's time to show NSW Energy Minister Don Harwin just how much community support there is for a fair price for solar with a sunny submission handover at IPART's offices near Central Station.
We'll have our mascot, Sunny, and yellow umbrellas and signs calling for fairer prices. Wear yellow or your Solar Citizens t-shirt if you have one. I'll bring a few t-shirts if anyone wants to buy one.
Let's get a fairer go for NSW solar owners!
