Federal Energy Minister Angus Taylor has introduced new regulations that will let him use the Australian Renewable Energy Agency as a fossil fuel slush fund. ARENA is Australia's clean energy success story, but the changes could siphon funds to gas, fossil fuel hydrogen, and unproven carbon capture and storage. 

There's still time to stop this in the Senate, but the deciding votes will come down to crossbench Senators Jacqui Lambie, Rex Patrick and Stirling Griff.
