Draft voluntary political declaration – for discussion as part of the UNFCC COP negotiations
This Pledge is a voluntary, non-binding declaration through which Participants commit to work together to accelerate the deployment of rooftop and household solar energy solutions by 2030 - especially rooftop solar photovoltaics (PV), including where appropriate paired with storage - as a practical, people-centered contribution to enabling the transition from fossil fuel use, as well as energy affordability, and energy security.
