Having trouble completing our Survey? We're grateful you took the time to complete it and we're sorry you're experiencing issues. 

If you're on an Apple product (such as a Mac, iPad or iPhone) it could be because your device is set to automatically enable CAPTCHA verification on every page it can. Try turning off automatic verification by:

Going to your device's Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security, then turning Automatic Verification off.
