Back in 2010, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull launched Beyond Zero Emissions' plan for 100% renewable stationary energy. During his speech he said:
"We can move, as we must move if we are to effectively combat climate change, to a situation where all or almost all of our energy comes from zero or very near zero emission sources."
