With energy companies starting to charge households for exporting clean solar energy into the grid, we need to protect the value of our rooftop solar energy.

The best way to do this is with a household battery, but they remain expensive for many households. 

Unlike other states and territories, NSW has no household battery subsidy even though we are the first to be charged for rooftop solar exports.
