Solar Citizens is teaming up with the Queensland Community Alliance to host an Afternoon with Queensland's Energy Minister Mick de Brenni.
Right now the Queensland Government is developing an Energy Plan that will lay the foundation for how much clean and affordable renewable energy comes online in the Sunshine State over the next 10 years. The forum with the Energy Minister is your chance to hear from him directly about the Queensland Government's energy plans, and to ask your questions. RSVP today for this free event.
Following the forum, we'll have a range of electric vehicles (EVs) on display outside so you can speak to EV owners about how clean technology is helping them tackle the rising cost of living. Excitingly, we'll also have a vehicle-to-load EV running a BBQ for participants!
The Springwood Community Centre is within walking distance to public transport. If possible, we encourage you to explore public transport options because parking at the venue is limited.
