Here are all the resources you need to set up and run a successful Time to Shine MP meeting. Whether you've never met with a politician before or happen to be a pro, our comprehensive guide and handy list of links and resources for each step will make it nice and easy.   • STEP 1: CHECK YOUR ELECTORATE & BOOK YOUR MEETING 
    • Check which federal electorate you're in HERE.

    • Get contact details for your MP's electorate offices HERE.

  •  STEP 2: LET US KNOW YOU HAVE A MEETING

    • Once you've booked in your meeting, let us know HERE.

  • STEP 3: PREPARE YOUR MEETING

  • STEP 4: HAVE YOUR MEETING!

    • Don't forget to take the following things with you:

      • Copies of your Time to Shine Meeting Sheet (adapted from above) for your team members to keep the meeting on track and take notes.
      • Copy of your electorate's Solar Briefer (link above) to give to your MP
      • Copy of the FAQs on Solar and the RET (link above) to give to your MP
      • Copy of the MP RET Pledge Poster (link above) to ask your MP to pose with
      • Camera or smartphone to take a photo of your team with your MP!  
  • STEP 5: FOLLOW UP WITH LOCAL MEDIA & REPORT BACK TO SOLAR CITIZENS

    • Finished your meeting? Nice work! Record what happened and upload your photo HERE

    • Use the media release template above to let your local paper know about what the meeting. We can help with getting media - just ask us!
